The "gana777.com Rules" are the terms and conditions that constitute the full, final and exclusive agreement between the Account Holder and Technocred, and which govern the contractual relationship between Technocred and the Account Holder. The gana777.com Rules replace and merge all previous agreements, representations and understandings between the Account Holder and Technocred. By opening a gana777.com Account, registering, logging in, using the Services, participating in the games or accepting any Prize, a visitor or an Account Holder

The Account Holder fully understands and agrees to:
- a) Abide by the gana777.com Rules,
- b) That he/she has read, understood and will adhere to these Terms and Conditions, and
- c) That he/she will comply with all their terms.
- d) It is the customer's responsibility to inform themselves about the relevant laws in their place of residence.
- e) The customer will ensure that they behave in a legal manner when using the website as an individual customer and/or when betting on the website in the jurisdiction of their residence. Gana777 accepts no responsibility in any jurisdiction if the customer violates local laws.
Technocred may update, modify, edit and supplement the gana777.com Rules at any time. Any substantial amendment to the gana777.com Rules shall be notified in advance by Technocred to the Account Holder before it enters into force.

All references in the gana777.com Rules to the singular shall include the plural and vice versa. All references to “the” shall include “a/an” and vice versa.
An "Account Holder" is a person who has a contractual relationship with Technocred by creating a gana777.com account on the website.
A “gana777.com Account” is an account held by an Account Holder, for good faith transactions, for the strict purpose of establishing a normal business relationship with Technocred and with the strict purpose of placing bets and other gambling and gaming transactions.
The "Contract" is the contractual relationship between Technocred and an Account Holder and shall be constituted and governed by the gana777.com Rules, namely these "Terms and Conditions".
The "Website" is the internet gateway accessible through the internet address www.gana777.com where all current and relevant information about the operations of Technocred is published, and through which the Services are provided to Account Holders.
The “Services” are the games and betting offers provided by Technocred to the Account Holder through the Website.
A "Card" refers to all types of cards that have a "payment", "charge", "debit", "credit", "virtual" and/or similar function.
A "Payment Solution Provider" is an intermediary acting as a payment agent for various different payment methods.
A "Financial Institution" is a bank and/or another institution regulated by an applicable national financial services act or similar law.
"Force Majeure" refers to any event or condition beyond the reasonable control of a party that leads to a delay or failure in the performance of that party’s contractual obligations, and for the purposes of the gana777.com Rules includes acts of God, governmental restrictions (including the denial or cancellation of any necessary licence when such denial or cancellation is made without fault of the affected party), wars, outbreak of hostilities, riots, civil commotions, insurrections, acts of terrorism, fires, explosions, floods, theft, malicious damage, strikes, lockouts and/or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the party whose performance is affected.
“Client Application” shall mean the web browser application opened by the Account Holder to use the Services.
“Software” shall mean all software used by Technocred to offer and/or operate the Services and/or run the Client Application.
A "Prize" is an amount, a bonus or a reward that an Account Holder may win.
An "Inactive Account" is a gana777.com Account that has not recorded any log-in and/or log-out for a period of more than 6 consecutive months.

Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", data files stored on the customer’s computer which allow analysis of the customer's use of the website. By using this website, the customer declares that they agree that Google may process the data collected in the manner and for the purposes set out above. Gana777 reserves the right to use additional services to evaluate the use of this website.
All trademarks, service marks and trade names, as well as images, graphics, text, concepts or methodologies (collectively the "Intellectual Assets") found on the Website, the Client Application and the material contained therein are the exclusive property of Technocred and/or Technocred’s suppliers and partners. The Account Holder is not entitled to exploit or use any Intellectual Assets for any purpose, except as permitted by law.
If any provision contained in these terms and conditions is held by any court or other competent authority to be void or unenforceable in whole or in part, these T&Cs shall remain valid as to the other provisions thereof and the remainder of the affected provision.
The headings are intended to provide clarity and facilitate reading of these terms and conditions. They are not intended to be a means of interpreting the content of the paragraph following each heading.
The headings are not intended to bind Gana777 in any way.
Any waiver by Gana777 of any breach by any User of any provision of these T&Cs shall not be considered a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision of these terms and conditions.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country of Curaçao, without giving effect to conflicts of law principles. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curaçao for the resolution of any dispute arising in connection with this agreement. This agreement shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, the application of which is expressly excluded. If any part of this agreement is found to be null and unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of the remainder of the agreement, which shall remain valid and enforceable in accordance with its terms. In the case of any dispute between the English version and versions in other languages of the Terms and Conditions and other content of the Site, the English version shall prevail.

3. ACCOUNT RULES

3.1 CREATING A gana777.com ACCOUNT
1. A person applying to become an Account Holder warrants and represents that they are not under eighteen (18) years of age. Minors may not register as players and may not hold a gana777.com account. Technocred reserves the right to request proof of age and to carry out checks to verify the information provided. A gana777.com account may be suspended until satisfactory proof of age is provided.
2. A person applying to become an Account Holder further warrants and represents that they:
  - a) Are a natural person (no legal entity will be accepted as an Account Holder);
  - b) Are not a resident of Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Pakistan, Syria, Yemen, the United States of America and other US territories (Afghanistan, France and other French territories, Malta, the Netherlands, North Korea, Portugal, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland);
  - c) Are not a professional player in any sport, competition or league where Technocred offers betting;
  - d) Are not restricted by any limited legal capacity;
  - e) Are not acting on behalf of another party;
  - f) Are not classified as a compulsive problem gambler and/or included (either voluntarily or involuntarily) in any register or database of excluded players;
  - g) Will not deposit money originating from criminal activities and/or other unauthorised activities;
  - h) Will not deposit money via a Card that the Account Holder is not authorised to use and/or use a Card in a jurisdiction where betting and gambling are prohibited;
  - i) Will not engage in criminal activities in which a gana777.com account is directly or indirectly involved;
  - j) Are not employed by Gana777, Technocred or any affiliated company;
  - k) Will not use the Services if it is illegal in their country of residence or if they are restricted in any other way from opening a gaming account, buying or using the services of Technocred and/or participating in the games offered. It is the responsibility of the Account Holder to ensure that their use of the website and Technocred’s services is legal;
  - l) Do not find the website or the services offensive, objectionable, unfair or indecent; and
  - m) Will keep their gana777.com Account details up to date with regard to the following: first and last name, country of residence, date of birth, valid e-mail address and telephone number.
  - n) Account Holders are advised to comply with the applicable legislation in the jurisdiction in which they are domiciled and/or resident. Gana777 accepts no responsibility for any action taken by any Authority against any Account Holder.
  - o) Will not deposit money via a Card / mobile account / bank account that the Account Holder is not authorised to use and/or use a Card in a jurisdiction where betting and gambling are prohibited.
3. A person applying for a gana777.com account acknowledges and agrees to:
  - a) all definitions and stipulations set forth in the gana777.com Rules;
  - b) the gana777.com Rules as currently published on the website, as well as any future changes to the gana777.com Rules;
  - c) Curaçao as the place of the contract; and
  - d) the Contract being governed by:
    - (i) the gana777.com Rules published in English and Spanish;
    - (ii) any regulatory provisions or other decisions made from time to time by the Governing Authorities; and
    - (iii) the Governing Law of the Place of the Contract.
4. A person applying for registration warrants and represents that any information provided in their application form is true and correct. Otherwise, Technocred will not register the person and, where that person has already registered, Technocred will block the gana777.com Account when it becomes aware that the person has provided false information when registering as a player.
3.2 MANAGING THE gana777.com ACCOUNT
1. Technocred reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at all times, to:
  - a) Refuse to open a gana777.com account and/or close or suspend a gana777.com account without any explanation;
  - b) Refuse to accept deposits without any explanation;
  - c) Request documents to verify:
    - (i) The identity of the Account Holder,
    - (ii) Their authorisation to use a specific card and/or
    - (iii) Other facts and information provided by the Account Holder. Such a request may be made at any time and Technocred reserves the right to suspend an account pending investigation;
  - d) Transfer and/or licence, without prior notice, data relating to an Account Holder to any other legal person, in any country, provided that Technocred ensures that such data is at all times transferred and handled in accordance with applicable laws, data protection acts and/or similar provisions;
  - e) Transfer and/or licence, without prior notice, the rights and responsibilities of an Account Holder to any other legal person in any country, subject to Technocred ensuring the fulfilment of these responsibilities;
  - f) Hold and manage funds belonging to Account Holders in accordance with generally accepted guidelines for cash management with respect to such funds; this may include a financial institution and/or a payment solution provider entrusted with holding funds on behalf of and/or for the benefit of Account Holders;
  - g) Forfeit and/or confiscate funds available in a gana777.com Account and/or refuse to honour a claim, in the event that, directly or indirectly:
    - (i) the gana777.com Rules have been violated; and/or
    - (ii) other unauthorised activities have taken place in relation to a betting event and/or the operation of a gana777.com Account (including, but not limited to, breach of law or other regulations, violation of third-party rights, fraud and cheating);
    - (iii) it is of the opinion that there are legitimate concerns that a gana777.com Account is, has been or may be used for illegal, fraudulent or dishonest practices;
2. Suspend and/or cancel the Account Holder’s participation in the Services and/or confiscate funds available in their gana777.com Account if the Account Holder is found to be cheating, or if Technocred determines that the Account Holder has employed or made use of a system (including machines, robots, computers, software or any other automated system) designed to defeat or capable of defeating the Client Application and/or the Software. Refuse and/or reverse the withdrawal of unspent or unused deposits until the verification of these funds is deemed satisfactory.
3. If a gana777.com account has been suspended in accordance with the above clauses and has been suspended for more than 6 months, Technocred reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee until the account balance reaches zero. Technocred reserves the right to close the Suspended Account once the account reaches a zero balance. If there are no funds in the account, the account will not be charged and will be closed immediately.
4. Technocred guarantees and represents at all times that it will:
  - a) manage the funds belonging to Account Holders in a safe and appropriate manner; and/or
  - b) bear the cost and pay the Remote Gaming and Betting Tax, as applicable, in the Place of the Contract;
  - c) manage data relating to an Account Holder in accordance with applicable laws, data protection laws and/or similar provisions;
  - d) not offer contingencies to customers to proceed with any transfer of funds between customers’ accounts.
5. Technocred shall keep Account Holders’ funds separate from Technocred’s own funds in a client account held with a financial institution approved by the regulator.
6. The gana777.com account does not accrue interest. The Account Holder shall not treat Technocred as a financial institution.
7. Gana777 only accepts one account per person, household and/or IP address. Any additional account may be suspended and related winnings may be confiscated.
8. An Account Holder may only hold one gana777.com account at a time. In the event that this rule is breached, Technocred reserves the right to block and/or delete the additional gana777.com Accounts held by the Account Holder in breach of this clause and to reassign all funds. No bonus granted to the additional gana777.com Accounts will be reassigned.
  Technocred may consider any account as a duplicate under any or all of the following conditions:
  - a) Use of the same IP address;
  - b) Use of the same device;
  - c) Use of the same mobile / bank accounts / easy payment methods to register, verify, deposit or withdraw.
  - d) Organised betting: Customers must place their bets as individuals. When one or more customers have attempted to place the same bet multiple times, the bets may be cancelled. These rules may also be applied to bets that have already been settled if Gana777 needs to assume that several customers are part of a betting syndicate or if one or more customers have placed the respective bets several times within a short period of time or the bets have been coordinated. In this case, Gana777 reserves the right to withhold the account balance minus the amount of deposits made. In addition, a management fee of 1000 GTQ to 3000 GTQ per account will apply.
9. A gana777.com account is non-transferable. Players are prohibited from selling, transferring or acquiring accounts from or to other players. Funds cannot be transferred between gana777.com accounts.
10. The default currency is the Guatemalan quetzal (GTQ). Gana777 may allow customers from countries outside the euro area to manage their client account in their national currency instead of in euros. The customer’s choice of currency is final and cannot be changed later. The customer has no automatic right to select the currency of the client account.
11. The Account Holder shall not allow any other person, including a minor, to use or reuse their gana777.com Account, to access and/or use any material or information from the Website, to accept any prize or to access and/or participate in the Services.

3.3 RESPONSIBLE GAMING – ACCOUNT SETTINGS
1. An Account Holder may contact customer support and:
  - a) set a limit on the amount they can bet or deposit on their gana777.com account within a specific period of time, depending on their country of residence;
  - b) self-exclude from playing for a defined period of time.
2. An Account Holder who has set a limit as indicated above in a) may change or revoke the limit in the gana777.com account settings. A reduction of a limit takes effect immediately after Technocred has recorded the change. Technocred will not accept a bet from an Account Holder contrary to a limit or exclusion set by themselves as indicated above.
3. Please note that gambling can be addictive.
4. Management reserves the right to monitor players’ gaming activity and use measures to block/limit gaming and access in case a player’s behaviour shows patterns of addictive gambling.

3.4 INACTIVE ACCOUNTS
1. An "Inactive Account" is a gana777.com Account that has no record of any log-in and/or log-out for a period longer than six (6) consecutive months.
2. Technocred reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee for Inactive Accounts. The monthly fee for gana777.com accounts is set at 50 GTQ or the equivalent of 5 euros in another currency. The administrative fee will be charged and deducted from the Inactive Account at the beginning of the month following the month in which the gana777.com account became inactive.
3. Technocred reserves the right to close the Inactive Account once the account reaches a zero balance. All Account Holders whose gana777.com accounts remain inactive for 12 months will be notified within 30 days prior to fees being charged to their gana777.com accounts. Therefore, Account Holders may reactivate their gana777.com accounts by logging in/out or withdrawing their funds within the 30-day period without incurring any charges. If any Account Holder reactivates their gana777.com account within three months, any inactivity charges will be refunded.

3.5 CHARGEBACKS
1. Subject to the sub-clauses below and without prejudice to Technocred’s right to seek redress under any applicable legislation, regulation, enactment or policy, or under any other provision of the gana777.com Rules, Technocred shall be entitled to block a gana777.com account when a chargeback has been requested in relation to that gana777.com account.
2. When a chargeback is requested, Technocred will send a "Chargeback Notice" to the Account Holder at the e-mail address specified in the Account Holder’s details, in order to seek confirmation of the Account Holder’s identity and the payment method used to credit to the Account Holder’s gana777.com account any funds that are in no way related to a chargeback (“Unaccounted Funds”).
  In the absence of confirmation from the Account Holder of the Account Holder’s identity and the payment method used to credit the Unaccounted Funds to the Account Holder’s gana777.com account after a Chargeback Notice, Technocred will send two written reminders to the Account Holder’s e-mail address available to it, each of which will be subject to a processing fee of two hundred (200) GTQ taken from the Unaccounted Funds.
3. Where a gana777.com account has been blocked due to a chargeback and the Account Holder has not:
  - a) logged into the gana777.com account for a period of thirty (30) consecutive months; or
  - b) confirmed to Technocred their identity and the details of the payment method used to credit the Unaccounted Funds to the Account Holder’s gana777.com Account and subsequently requested a withdrawal;

3.6 CLOSING A gana777.com ACCOUNT
1. An Account Holder may close their gana777.com account by contacting gana777.com customer support via live chat service and by e-mail at support@gana777.com. All funds in the gana777.com account will be remitted to the Account Holder.
2. If an existing gana777.com account is closed, obligations already entered into will be fulfilled.
3. Account Holders who wish to recover funds held in a closed, blocked or excluded account are advised to contact Customer Support.
4. In the event of closure of their gana777.com Account due to gambling addiction or fraud, a person must not open a new gana777.com Account. Technocred shall not be liable if the individual manages to open a new account, nor for any direct or indirect consequential damage. Technocred reserves the right to close any account opened in breach of this rule at any time.

4. PAYMENT RULES

Deposits and withdrawals to and from a gana777.com account shall always be made via a financial institution or a payment solution provider. Procedures, terms and conditions, availability and duration of deposits/withdrawals may vary over time, as well as according to the country and the financial institution in question. Current information is available after logging into the website under the headings "Deposit" or "Withdrawal".
Technocred will not make a payment to an Account Holder from their gana777.com Account before the Account Holder’s identity, age and place of residence have been sufficiently verified.
Technocred may appoint a Payment Solution Provider to act, receive deposits, hold and manage funds and/or facilitate withdrawals on behalf of Technocred.
Technocred will credit to the gana777.com Account all funds received by Technocred from or on behalf of the Account Holder or owed by Technocred to the Account Holder.
Payment/withdrawal method to/from the gana777.com account:
1. The Account Holder may only:
  - a) make deposits into their gana777.com Account from their personal account created with one of the Financial Institutions or their licensees;
  - b) request withdrawals of funds held in their gana777.com Account to their personal account created with one of the Financial Institutions or their licensees.
2. The Account Holder is responsible for providing Technocred with the correct details of their personal account for the purpose of making withdrawals from their gana777.com account.
3. An Account Holder shall not allow third parties to use their gana777.com Account to make deposits or withdrawals from their gana777.com Account.
4. It is the sole responsibility of the Account Holder to ensure that they comply with the above provisions.
5. Management reserves the right to cancel and void any gaming action originating from a deposit from an external bank.
6. Technocred will not accept a bet from an Account Holder unless a gana777.com account has been opened in the Account Holder’s name and there are sufficient funds in the gana777.com account to cover the amount of the bet, or funds necessary to cover the amount of the bet are provided in an approved manner.
7. Technocred will deal with the credit balance of a gana777.com Account only as follows:
  - a) debiting from the gana777.com Account a bet placed by the Account Holder or an amount that the Account Holder indicates they wish to bet in the course of a game they are playing or about to play;
  - b) paying reasonable bank charges for deposits received and funds withdrawn; or as authorised by the Remote Gaming Regulations.
8. The balance of a gana777.com account may become negative in the event of a chargeback.
9. Withdrawals from a gana777.com account are made via payments directed to the Account Holder or transferred to a bank account in the name of the Account Holder, as indicated by the Account Holder. Whenever possible, Technocred will restrict withdrawals to be made only to the same account used by the Account Holder to make deposits.
10. Payment of winnings may be delayed for up to 30 days.
11. The maximum amount we shall be obliged to pay you in respect of any bet or spin will be limited to 500,000 GTQ through this website. This figure does not include any potential progressive jackpot winnings. You acknowledge and agree that, for certain products, your approved level of participation may mean that you have the opportunity to win more than the amount set out above. You agree that we shall only be obliged to pay you the maximum amount specified above.
12. If an Account Holder wishes to withdraw funds they have deposited into their gana777.com Account before having wagered the funds in any game or sports betting offer, Technocred reserves the right to deny the Account Holder the withdrawal of the deposited funds until the funds have been fully wagered first.
13. Depending on the payment method chosen by the Account Holder, minimum and/or maximum deposit limits may apply. For related withdrawals a fee of 3% will apply. Transfer fees charged by banks also apply.
14. Technocred reserves the right to charge the Account Holder administrative costs resulting from withdrawals made by the Account Holder. Withdrawal is free once per calendar week. If the player requests multiple withdrawals (more than once) in a calendar week, gana777.com may impose a 3% fee from the third withdrawal request.
15. Placing a bet over the internet may be illegal in the jurisdiction where the Account Holder is resident and/or domiciled; if so, the Account Holder is not authorised to use a Card for the purpose of placing a bet.
16. The participation of an Account Holder in the Services if the Account Holder is resident and/or domiciled in a jurisdiction where such participation is prohibited by law shall not affect any participation or payment made and accrued to the benefit of Technocred.
17. Technocred, the Regulator or any Government Authority may monitor or request to review all transactions to prevent money laundering. All suspicious transactions detected by Technocred will be reported to the Governing Authorities.
18. It is the sole responsibility of the Account Holder to pay and proceed with all necessary diligence regarding taxes on any prize, if applicable.

4.1 DEPOSITS
1. The minimum deposit amount is 100 GTQ.
2. Deposits must be made from accounts in the name of the registered Account Holder. In case of doubt, Gana777 reserves the right to accept deposits only upon presentation of a valid passport or comparable identity document.
3. Deposits with credit card cost 7% + 2.5 GTQ per transaction.
4. Deposits by local bank transfer have a cost of 0.
5. Cash deposits at any point of sale have no cost.

4.2 WITHDRAWALS
1. Each withdrawal request is checked and transferred manually. Transactions are not carried out automatically.
2. All deposited amounts must be used for betting/casino games. Withdrawal of all betting/casino winnings may be requested. The relevant bonus conditions must be met.
3. The customer is entitled to have the existing balance of any winnings, or, where applicable, a part thereof, paid out from their betting account, provided that all deposits have been confirmed. The betting customer notifies Gana777 of their withdrawal request via the appropriate form on the website. The minimum amount for withdrawal by bank transfer is 1000 GTQ, the minimum amount for all other withdrawal methods is 100 GTQ.
4. Whenever possible, all withdrawals will be processed to the payment account(s) from which the deposit(s) were made. Withdrawal payments can only be made in the name of and to the registered Account Holder. In case of doubt, Gana777 reserves the right to make payment only upon presentation of a valid passport or comparable identity document. In principle, when a withdrawal is requested, Gana777 reserves the right to withhold payment until final verification of the credit card by the card-issuing bank.

6. The customer is entitled to request two withdrawals per calendar week (Monday to Sunday) without any fees being applied. For each additional withdrawal within a calendar week, Gana777 will deduct fees of €5 + 3% of the withdrawal amount, or the equivalent amount in the customer’s gaming account currency.
7. Gana777 reserves the right to refuse payment via a specific payment method and may require transfer to a bank account without stating the reason.
8. The maximum withdrawal amount per calendar month is 100,000 GTQ.

5. SECURITY RULES

Technocred maintains strict confidentiality in all relationships with the Account Holder. However, if required by the Governing Authority, a judge or, where required by law, another public authority, and/or in the event that an Account Holder breaches the gana777.com Rules, data may be disclosed to a third party for investigation purposes.
The Account Holder receives a personal account number. The Account Holder chooses a password and a username. It is the Account Holder's responsibility not to share this information. If the Account Holder has reason to believe that others have become aware of this information, the Account Holder must immediately contact gana777.com customer service and a new password will be issued. Technocred is not obliged to maintain usernames or passwords. If the Account Holder misplaces, forgets, loses or shares their username and/or password with a third party, or if they are unable to access the website or any service for any reason other than Technocred’s fault, Technocred shall not be liable and shall not accept any claims related to that gana777.com Account.
All electronic communications between the Account Holder and Technocred are kept on record for compliance with accounting and financial regulations.
Deposits may from time to time be partially or completely rejected subject to certain security systems managed in cooperation with a Payment Solution Provider and/or a Financial Institution. Such security measures may reject Cards that are legitimate, but which nonetheless cannot be processed at a given time. Technocred staff do not control such systems and have no knowledge of the reasons why deposits are rejected.
Technocred may request documents to verify the Card user’s identity and/or authorisation to use a specific Card and/or other facts and information provided by the Account Holder before processing deposits and/or withdrawals. This may result in slight delays. From time to time, chargebacks are received and these will be handled in accordance with Technocred’s procedures.
